What am I having every other day? A green smoothie! I wanted to share my favorite and simplest recipe I've made yet.
Ingredients: Tons of spinach, banana, pineapple
That's it! I used one banana, two big handfuls of spinach and a half cup of canned pineapple.
If you haven't tried this delicious and healthy trend, I highly suggest it! Especially if you are one who doesn't like to eat your daily servings of veggies, if you combine your veggies with a couple servings of fruit, it will most likely end up tasting like fruit. I suggest blueberries and pineapple for masking any vegetable taste you might not want to taste. I'd avoid strong tasting veggies like bell peppers.
